- The IPBOX is being recognized as PVR-TV or PVR Plus. The correct name should be USB2.0 IPBOX-Gadmei
- Your Windows Vista system stopped recognizing the IPBOX correctly after downloading and installing the "Windows Updates".
e.g.) The device name has changed to from USB2.0 IPBOX-Gadmei to USB 2861 or USB audio device
- The screen on MY-IPTV Anywhere Server program is black, and/or you cannot change the channels.
