| | • [FOTOBOX Plus] Does FOTOBOX work with netbooks (mini notebooks)?
Yes, FOTOBOX works with netbooks and supports netbook resolution. It will automatically detect the resolution setting on your netbook and adjust the user interface accordingly.
| | • [FOTOBOX Plus] Which camera memory cards does FOTOBOX work with?
FOTOBOX works exclusively with SD cards; however, it will also accept miniSD and microSD cards using the correct insert adapter.
| | • [FOTOBOX Plus] I plugged in my FOTOBOX for the first time and nothing happened.
The first time you plug in the FOTOBOX, you have to wait for windows to recognize it. This may take up to 2 minutes on slower computers. Once it is recognized, the software will start automatically.
| | • [FOTOBOX Plus] I plugged in my FOTOBOX and it takes forever to start up!
This is normal, due to the program running from the internal memory in the FOTOBOX.
| | • [FOTOBOX Plus] What if the FOTOBOX does not auto start?
If the FOTOBOX does not auto start, you can try plugging it into another USB port or manually starting it by opening a 'My Computer' ('Computer' in Vista) window and double clicking the 'FOTOBOX' drive listing there.
| | • [FOTOBOX Plus] Do I need to leave the FOTOBOX plugged in while using the program?
Yes, if you unplug the FOTOBOX, you will be removing the software from your computer. It is also recommended to wait up to 60 seconds after closing the FOTOBOX program before unplugging FOTOBOX from you computer.
| | • [FOTOBOX Plus] What is the difference between the Easy and Advanced modes?
The Easy mode has limited options and is recommended for those who wish to get started quickly and do not require any editing. The Advanced mode provides additional options for those who require more control or shaping of their slideshow. The Advanced mode includes photo editing tools, effects, titles, background music and voice over (narration) options.
